[Murata] FlexiBK™ Buck Regulator IC
The PE241xx series of highly efficient, two-stage point-of-load regulators is based on technology combined with Murata’s proprietary adiabatic or lossless charge pump. This technology is ideally suited for providing buck conversion from 2/3-cell batteries or 12Vin point-of-load applications, significantly reducing the size and height of the solution whilst improving conversion efficiency. The IC utilises an integrated charge pump control architecture with an on-chip FET to configure a two-stage architecture comprising a charge pump and a buck regulator.

The PE24108 employs an innovative two-stage design that combines a capacitor-divided charge pump with a two-phase buck regulator, resulting in a lower profile and more compact form factor.
Each phase can deliver 10 A, and up to four phases can be connected in parallel to support 40 A.
The output voltage is selected using an external feedback resistor and can be adjusted via an external AVS DAC.
With low ripple performance and outstanding efficiency, it is suitable for space-critical and noise-sensitive applications, such as DSPs/ASICs in optical modules or FPGAs in network equipment.
PE24110A – Ultra-high-efficiency, 3.3 Vin, 12 A, two-stage step-down regulator IC
The PE24110 employs an innovative two-stage design that combines a capacitor bank charge pump with a two-phase step-down regulator, resulting in a lower profile and more compact form factor.
Each phase can deliver 12 A of current; up to four phases can be connected in parallel to support 48 A.
The output voltage is selected using an external feedback resistor and can be adjusted via an external AVS DAC.
