I. Ethernet Physical Layer Transceivers (PHY)
As the ‘core physical interface’ for Ethernet signals, Realtek PHY chips specialise in the transmission, reception, encoding, decoding and link adaptation of electrical signals. Designed for use with external MAC controllers, they serve as essential components for interface expansion in embedded and networking devices. The PHY chips supplied by Mingjiada Electronics are categorised into three major series based on data rates: 100Mbps, Gigabit, and 2.5G/10G high-speed. They feature low power consumption, wide temperature compatibility and strong anti-interference capabilities. With interfaces compatible with RGMII/MII/RMII, they perfectly meet the interconnection requirements of MCUs, SoCs and switch core chips.
100Mbps PHY: Focuses on minimal cost and low power consumption, suitable for low-bandwidth applications such as smart home devices and industrial sensors;
Gigabit PHY: The mainstream choice for consumer electronics and industrial sectors, supporting Gigabit full-duplex and compatible with multiple industrial protocols;
2.5G/10G High-Speed PHY: Designed for high-speed network equipment, supporting higher bandwidth and suitable for high-end terminals such as 2.5G switches and 10G optical modems.

II. Ethernet Switch ICs
Specialising in the forwarding and management of multi-port network data, these ICs integrate multi-channel PHYs and switching matrices, supporting features such as VLAN, QoS and link aggregation. They form the core of switches, smart gateways and industrial network nodes. Mingjiada Electronics’ switch ICs are categorised into three main series based on port count and speed: entry-level 100Mbps, mainstream 1Gbps, and high-end 2.5G/10G. They cater to both unmanaged (plug-and-play) and managed (flexible configuration) requirements, with some models supporting PoE power supply, making them suitable for networking in home, enterprise and industrial environments.
Entry-level 100Mbps switch chips: 2–8 port configurations, focusing on low cost, suitable for home mini-switches and smart home gateways;
Mainstream Gigabit switch chips: 5–24 port configurations, supporting Gigabit full-duplex, suitable for enterprise office switches and industrial fieldbus systems;
High-end 2.5G/10G switch chips: Highly integrated design, supporting combinations of 2.5G copper ports and 10G optical ports, suitable for Wi-Fi 7 routers and high-speed enterprise switches.

III. Integrated Ethernet Network Controllers (MAC+PHY)
These highly integrate the Media Access Controller (MAC) and Physical Layer (PHY) onto a single chip, eliminating the need for an external MAC. They can connect directly to the host system via interfaces such as PCIe and USB, making them core components for PC motherboards, standalone network cards and docking stations.
PCIe Controllers: Suitable for desktops, servers and industrial hosts; supports single-port and multi-port configurations with speeds ranging from Gigabit to 10G;
USB Controllers: Designed for portability; suitable for laptops, tablets and USB network adapters; supports USB 2.0/3.0/3.2 interfaces and is plug-and-play.
