The AD7894 is a high-speed, 14-bit analogue-to-digital converter (ADC) powered by a single +5 V supply and available in a compact 8-pin SOIC package. The device incorporates a 5 microsecond (µs) successive approximation ADC, an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier, an on-chip clock and a high-speed serial interface. The AD7894 outputs data via a high-speed serial interface port; this two-wire serial interface features a serial clock input and a serial data output, and the serial data within the device can be accessed via an external serial clock.

The AD7895 is a high-speed, 12-bit ADC powered by a single +5 V supply, available in both 8-pin small DIP and 8-pin SOIC packages. The device incorporates a 3.8 microsecond (µs) successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter, an on-chip sample-and-hold amplifier, an on-chip clock and a high-speed serial interface.
