1. Details: The CY7C25632KV18 and CY7C25652KV18 are 1.8V synchronous pipelined SRAMs utilising the QDR II+ architecture. Similar to the QDR II architecture, the QDR II+ architecture consists of two independent ports: a read port and a write port for accessing the memory array. The read port features dedicated data output pins to support read operations, whilst the write port features dedicated data input pins to support write operations.
