1. Description: The MAX6463/MAX6464 are a series of ultra-low-power voltage detectors and µP reset monitoring circuits, suitable for monitoring battery, supply and system voltages. Each device features a precise bandgap reference, a comparator, an internal resistor network for threshold setting, and a 5% threshold hysteresis circuit. The MAX6463 is a voltage detector with a propagation delay of 17 µs. The MAX6464 is a microprocessor monitoring circuit with a minimum reset delay of 150 ms; all devices provide thresholds ranging from +1.6 V to +5.5 V in 100 mV steps.
