Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘Mingjiada’) stocks the NXP NXLS95 series of DSI3/SPI automotive safety digital accelerometers. This series is designed using NXP’s proprietary UMEMS sensing technology combined with a signal conditioning ASIC, and is housed in a 4×4×1.45 mm QFN package. Users can choose between a DSI3 interface and a 32-bit SPI interface. These sensors can be configured independently for single-axis or dual-axis measurement of acceleration ranging from +/-15.5g to +/-500g. The embedded DSP provides fully programmable digital high-pass and low-pass filtering.
