SCALE EV

The SCALE EV family gate-driver boards are automotive-qualified dual-channel plug-and-play drivers for both silicon carbide (SiC) MOSFETs and silicon IGBTs. They are suitable for high-power automotive and traction inverters for electric, hybrid and fuel-cell vehicles, including buses and trucks, as well as construction, mining and agricultural equipment. The boards are ASIL ready, suitable for implementation of ASIL D traction inverter designs.

 

SCALE-2 Driver Cores

Power Integrations' Gate Driver cores provide a highly flexible solution by including all commonly-required driver functions - including galvanic isolation, protection, DC/DC converter etc. Driver cores for IGBTs are available with blocking voltage capabilities from 600V to 6500V and from 1W to 20W per channel. They are also suitable for driving power MOSFETs and devices based on new materials (SiC) operating at switching frequencies up to 500 kHz.

 

SCALE-iFlex

The SCALE-iFlex gate driver family products consist of a central Isolated Master Control (IMC) and one or more Module Adapted Gate Drivers (MAGs). The IMC is designed for operation of power modules with a blocking voltage of up to 3300 V, whereas the MAGs are available in variants optimized for power modules from different suppliers and with various device technologies in the 1200 V to 3300 V voltage classes.
