Product Description
The TPS544B25RVFR is a PMBus 1.2 compliant, non-isolated DC-DC converter with integrated FETs, capable of high-frequency operation and 20-A or 30-A current output from a compact 5 mm * 7 mm package. Its high-frequency, low-loss switching is enabled by an integrated NexFET™ power stage and optimized drivers, making it ideal for high-density power solutions. The PMBus interface supports AVS through VOUT_COMMAND, flexible converter configuration, and monitoring of key parameters including output voltage, current, and optional external temperature. Fault condition responses can be customized to restart, latch-off, or ignore based on system requirements.
