Product Description
The LM34927SD regulator provides all necessary functions for implementing a low-cost, efficient, isolated bias regulator. This high-voltage regulator integrates two 100-V N-channel MOSFET switches—a high-side buck switch and a low-side synchronous switch.
The Constant On-Time (COT) control scheme used in the LM34927SD eliminates the need for loop compensation while delivering excellent transient response. The regulator operates with an input voltage-dependent on-time, maintaining a relatively constant operating frequency.
