LPC802M001JDH20 Microcontroller MCU 32-Bit Microcontroller Based On Arm Cortex-M0+ Core

LPC802M001JDH20 is a cost-effective 32-bit MCU series based on the Arm Cortex-M0+, operating at frequencies up to 15 MHz. The LPC80x MCU series supports up to 32 KB of flash memory and 4 KB of SRAM.

LPC802M001JDH20 features a power-optimised core, utilises a popular small-footprint package, and supports level shifting via a separate power rail. The LPC80x peripheral suite includes: a CRC engine, an I²C bus interface, up to two USARTs, an SPI interface, a capacitive touch interface, a multi-rate timer, a wake-up timer, a general-purpose 32-bit counter/timer, a 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, an analogue comparator, I/O ports with switch-matrix configurable functionality, an input mode matching engine, a programmable logic unit (PLU), and up to 30 general-purpose I/O pins.
